A Personal Appeal to AFF Posters<<<<
This is a personal appeal to my AFF friends.
I ask everyone who believes in the Oneness of God, baptism in the name of Jesus, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost to choose a different forum home, from this point on.
AFF has become a place that actively mocks my beliefs. On the most recent thread I started, every admin that participated defended Trinitarianism and actively posted against Oneness doctrine.
Again, this place is now enemy territory. It exists solely to tear down basic doctrinal truths.
This thread will be removed, I'm quite sure.

Ed, you are so dramatic.
No one is mocking YOUR beliefs.
I'm oneness and I'm an admin and I participated on that thread. I'm disappointed that you told an untruth about me and other admins.

Not one of you defended Oneness doctrine, Renda. Every one of you tore down Oneness doctrine and promoted Trintarianism.
Go read the thread. I was very, very kind. Yet my beliefs were mocked. I was told that unless I tolerated Trinitarianism, I was somehow evil.

I've read the WHOLE thread - - it's a good discussion. NO ONE is tearing down YOUR and when did it become YOUR doctrine?
We are ONENESS!

Why don't you defend it, then?
Why do you allow people to mock what you say you believe?
Do you value freedom of speech more than doctrinal truth?
I don't get it.

All he is saying is that ya'll are too sympathetic with Trinitarians, and when someone such as himself is not a Trinitarian sympathizer, said unsympathizer is made out to be arrogant, prideful, self righteouss, etc. etc. I agree with him, for the most part.

I'm not sure what you are calling "Oneness doctrine." I tend to quit reading posts on "the Godhead" because they become very detailed and confusing to me. Each poster seems to disagree with and often put down the other posters. I believe that God is a single Spirit being who fills all space and time and Who came to us in the person of His Son Jesus Christ, and now lives in us as the Holy Spirit. Therefore God is simultaneously Father, Son, and Holy Spirit but is one God. To some folks that is the doctrine of the trinity and to others it is the doctrine of oneness or Jesus only. I don't like labels like "trinitarian" or "oneness." It is my opinion that most folks pretty much believe the same about God whether we label ourselves "oneness" "trinitarian."
