Secret Societies
Most Pentecostal organizations (at least in their early days) took a strong stand against "secret organizations" like the Masons, etc. I was wondering, how do you feel, or how does your organization feel, about joining groups like the Masons, Shiners, the local Moose lodge, etc? Are some of the groups and/or their practices satanic? Just curious....

While most people probably regard these organizations as harmless 'good ol' boys clubs they are religious and one must take vows that are anti-christian.

Secret Societies are nothing more than tools of the Devil.

Mason's are like anyone else ... just wanting to fit in. Unfortunately, it is very misguided. But aren't some fellowships "secret societies" in that you have to "drink the kool aid" to be one of them? Secret handshakes, no bowling, no golfing, no baseball, etc.. sounds like a bad summer to me.
