I guess the first to begin the list would be:
1. Vaugh Morton

I was going to get liscensed, but have now decided not to... does that count? lol, jk I'm actually glad I didn't get liscenced because if I was I'd make a big gesture out of leaving and ripping up my liscence (which would have just been local anyways). I decided not to get liscensed about 6 months ago, so it was before the whole tv issue...
