But hey! At least you got something to eat. We had to take Bro. Stoddard to Tsawassen to catch the boat back to the Island and had no time to eat. I was starving!

Have a great weekend!
It will get resolved. Actually because I was so full of the joy of the Lord from the service I was actually laighing when I told my Pastor about it.

Tsawassen is a long drive.

We have to be on guard in these days for sure.

I hope you and TB have a great weekend too!

Trying to deal with this matter is very frustrating!!

I called the bank and now they have to investigate.

"Can you tell me how long it will take?"

"No."

"Why"

"Because we need to investigate."

"Will you return my money?"

"Yes"

"When?"

"When the investigation completes."

"When will that be?"

"We don't know, we have to investigate!"

Ron,

Several years ago (3 or 4) my AMEX card was compromised. There was a group in Baton Rouge that was paying desk clerks at hotels to capture card info into a hand held reader and also provide address info from the reservations.

The dead giveaway that it was identity theft was the places ordered from and the sizes and styles. All of the clothes were for women and they were plus sizes from a mail order outfit called Ashro (i still get the catalogs). My wife is neither a plus size (4'11" and 95 pounds) or a woman of color. There were a total of $4000 dollars of charges on the card so I was blessed. The card has NO LIMIT and they could have gone hog wild. AMEX took care of 100% of the charges and took care of the pursuit of the criminals. I did have a little problem with one of the vendors (the one who sent me the note that my card may have been fraudulently used) continuing to fill back ordered items from the original order and sending me bills saying that the card had been declined.

It was not nearly as bad as it could have been thanks to AMEX!

So sorry, Ron. I hope you get it worked out. They shut my card down once. I was on a shopping spree and they thought it was stolen - Discover card.

Ron, did you visit the sites I gave you regarding this kind of theft? Many US homeowners insurance policies offer ID Theft for as little as $5 per year!
