Right. It would be good if they would do that and stop there. It seems whatever we vote for they do something more and then tell us we voted for it.

I wasn't aware those things had been legislated in certain areas.

In a town nearby a strip club just opened up across the street from an elementary school....the government does need to get involved in areas that concern protecting children, especially.

Yeah. On the flipside, we have little kids exposed to porn. Which is worse? I am not sure.

(I THINK) the "legal" porn sites have something like a cover page where you enter your age, or click "yes" or "no" as to whether or not you are 18 yrs of age. Some "free" sites require you to enter credit card info to verify your age. PAY sites have a cover page that covers the private parts or pixelates them so they are not viewable. I am not sure, but the sites that do not require confirmation of age may be illegal. The laws have not caught up with the internet, that's for sure.
