Can you tell me of a show that is decent enough to follow?
I am trying not to be judgemental, but all of the shows that I have heard of are not something I would feel comfortable watching.
Most seem to revolve around immorality or joke about immorality.
Of course, as I stated before, I do not have one.

I like to watch a lot of the History, Nat Geo, HGTV channels. There are decent shows on these channels. Not sure what your interests are though.

Nothing that would cause me to stumble, let alone anyone else.
Funny thing is, some friends who go to one of the strictest UPC churches in the world (in the northeast Dallas suburbs), strangely don't watch TV but watch some of the most questionable shows (like Grey's Anatomy, The Bachelorette/Bachelor, etc.) on their computer. Hmm, what's wrong with this picture? Don't believe in TV in the house but watch shows with subliminal, and oftentimes, filthy content.
I agree that it can be time-consuming, just like anything else that can be. So, to me, it's all about balance and perspective. God knows every intention behind everything we do, and everything we watch and listen to...

like I tell my wife, we got tv, just on PC. Does seem a little easier to control on PC though.

Those are good shows. I also like the old movies. Watched one the other night where the soldiers (during WWII) were on a train and broke out singing "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms".
My favorite movie from the 40's ends with a Scripture instead of the usual, "the end".

Its a tear jerker...the first time I watched it I had to get a roll of paper towels...tissues were not cutting it! lol
But, it's such a good movie! Love it.
It's corny and sweet and funny and a tear jerker!
If you ever watch it, let me know what you think.

I was afraid you were going to ask that!
I've been trying to remember....phooey...all I can remember is that it was from Isaiah and it was very encouraging to those who had loved ones fighting at the time. Sorry.

No problem. It just struck me as I had never seen a movie end like that before. I will have to try to watch it.

I can't tell you a show "decent enough" because your tolerance for decency is probably different than mine.
Most stories in life revolve around immorality too. Is there any redeeming nature to this sort of visual story-telling? I think so.
I prefer movies about scary villages, though
