I have been told Vonnie and Aaron will pastor. He will do the music and teach and she will preach. Got one of those inside telephone calls this afternoon from someone who should know.

Really?

Even if they thought that, not appropriate to express that opinion at this time

Re: Bro. Murrell Ewing'a Homegoing Service Streami
Does anyone know if there are any DVD's and/or CD's available of him singing and preaching?

I am SO thankful for these "home-going services." A saint going home should be a joyous occasion--even when there are tears. I love it.
Really enjoying the slideshow, too.

That wasn't you that said it?
I'm pretty sure Carr comes from the trinitarian camp.

We have a baptist church in town that is sort of charismatic. They have several members that speak in tongues. The pastor was raised PAW

- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

C'mon old timer! You have been around this rodeo more than one lap. You know mission one is to keep it in the family!
I don't think it was meant as any disrespect at all. Just that this is the succession plan in place.
