It's there, but it doesn't necessarily refer to the things some people would like to think.

Everything that happens is the will of God. Most people derive this from "all things work together for good..." but that verse doesn't say all things ARE good, it just says all things work together FOR good. Two very VERY different things.

This may just be myth but I heard repeatedly that Revelations only made it in the official canon by one vote.
