Re: a young African pastor

I hope at judgment they are far ahead of me or far behind...would be scary to stand by someone who suffered so much...I pray everyday for the underground church.

brother kenny marshbourn made a similiar comment like that, speaking of Paul how much he laboured for the Lord.

specially in contrast on what we do on a daily basis. but i think on Judgment sis, that these people will rejoice with you, and you will fill no shame, but Joy unspeakable, and full of Glory.

they wont be none of "this is what i have done", we are all gonna be look at what He has done. Thats very encouraging.

Re: a young African pastor

I researched a little on the origin of this quote...
"Thanks for writing and asking for more information about the piece “Fellowship of the Unashamed.”

Lots of people seem to want to take credit for this piece. I’ve seen Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses’ say they wrote it. Other favorite/pet missionaries of churches receive the credit for this writing.

This was actually written by Dr. Robert Moorehead, the former pastor of Seattle’s Overlake Christian Church. Some people don’t like attributing this piece to Dr. Moorehead because of his fall from his position at the church.

People have been trying to steal credit for Dr. Moorhead’s work for many years. Even his writing called “The Paradox of Time” has been claimed as original work by victims of the Columbine shooting.

As for where you’d get a poster of this writing, I’m not sure."

I think that concuring with Michael Servetus' execution was John Calvin's greatest error. Not all Calvinists agree with the act. In many ways it was more political than religious. Thank God we have separation of church and state.
