marriage is the mirror of the love between God and the church. God has one bride, and as believers, we should mirror that same truth. In fact, the office of bishop in scripture demands that polygamy not be the issue.
Anyone who has lived with multiple women knows that they have a tendency to sync up on the Mother nature week...imagine 5 wives and all of them have pms at the same time no thank you we used to serve as foster parents and there was several times that we had multiple teenage girls in the house...never failed that they would all sync up...but I wasn't married to them...I could send them to their room...lol
Bless your heart. Did that seem sincere?

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2 KJV
I think Adam and Eve speaks just as plainly regarding one man and one woman being God's plan same as it speaks volumes about Adam and Steve not being God's plan.
Just because God tolerated it doesn't mean he approved of it.
