If you don't want to dress holy, you likely have an unholy heart.

Right. I could be true, or not, depending on who says it and what they mean... LOL!

We also have a problem when folks refuse to dress holy.
It takes both. You can't get away from it.

with an attitude like that, I wonder if you are able to let the "queer" and "prostitute" know that you recognize that they are a beautifull person whom Jesus loves and died for. Are you so sure that you can pin point a person's heart by their outward appearance?

Well, the ole kindhearted liberal just got his name calling sword out. I made a point to say that a person is dangerous when they are unholy within and appear to be holy on the outside. I guess you read what you want.
Can you describe what a pharisee is and how I am one?

Yes, I have won people to God who were knee deep in sin. I know folks from all walks of life that view me as a kind hearted Christian. I am talking queers, fornicators, adulterers, etc. And guess what, I don't sugar coat the truth with them, but they do know that I care about them. Don't judge my attitude, you don't have any idea who I am.
Mat 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

The problem, of course, is that your definition of 'dressing holy' is very limited.
I know many young girls who dress provocatively solely with the intent of attracting attention from males.
I also know many Godly women who wear pants or jewelry or whatever it may be and are so focused on Christ that it's incredible.
Would you group these two categories together simply because neither follows the Apostolic dress code?

I don't think that it matters what I or anyone else thinks. What matters is what God thinks. If you will humble yourself and pray and seek God he will lead and guide you in ALL truths.

Re: The "dress code" is essential...
One thing watchman Nee taught was that new coverts should pray over what they wear. He felt it would come from relationship with the lord vs just being told what to do. I thought it was great way to do it.
