Song: We Magnify ?

There is an old worship chorus that I know called "We Magnify" Lyrics are:
We magnify, glorify, exalt your name above the earth.
We magnify, glorify, exalt your name with praise.

Does anyone know anything about this song? I'm try to find who wrote it or if it is on a recording. Several churches I know sing this song but no one knows where it came from. Thanks!
