Not only the subject matter but the whole idea of pandering to Hollywood. Let Hollywood fall before the majesty of the Lord Jesus Christ and exalt Him as King of Kings, the ONLY wise God, full of Grace and Truth and ONLY Potentate.
Let the kingdoms of this world of which Hollywood is a major portion, fall prostrate at the feet of Jesus. As for me, cursed be Hollywood and all who pander to it, except they find His mercies and grace.

I would not make such a judgment as that. It would depend on the person and what might be their degree of light. However God calls the willing and obedient out of darkness into his light, sometimes by degree as he walks in the light.

i have more questions about SM than him being in a movie. seems he aint what I am anyway....
however, I do not believe that just being in a movie necessarily is such a transgression.

I can't blame Steve Munsey. If I was offered the role for lots of $$ I would be tempted too! I'm confident that Steve would not compromise his standards and beliefs for this role should he get it!

Over the past couple weeks, a major movie, 300, has hit theaters across the nation. Jack Nickelson was speaking to the director of 300 and was stating that he (Nickelson) has been trying to get a movie together about Napolean. However, he (Nickelson) did not want a major star to play the role...but an unknown, Hollywood person. The director said...I have just the man for you. His name is Steve Munsey. Nickelson was interested and wanted to have a meeting.
Nickelson attended the first day of the Master's and, by coincidence, Steve Munsey was also scheduled to attend. A meeting is being planned between the two men to further talk about Steve Munsey and his role in the soon-to-be movie production of Napolean (with Munsey as the lead role).
I can't blame Steve Munsey. If I was offered the role for lots of $$ I would be tempted too! I'm confident that Steve would not compromise his standards and beliefs for this role should he get it!
