OneAccord, I believe that this should be used to influence all Christians to turn curses into edible blessings. After all according to the Scripture, Psa 23:5 'Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.'

Well, FTR, I did NOT have those chili cheese fries today. I worked out this morning, had a Tbs. of coconut oil with my breakfast of an energy bar and protein shake, avoided soda all day, had a big salad for lunch (with non-creamy dressing) and I'm making a fish chowder for dinner. <----THAT isn't low-cal.

Probably not a low cal day, but it was a clean food day. I feel successful.

I wish I had the will to stay away from the hot fudge sundaes....

My grandma ate and worked like this lady. She lived to be 96 years old.

As large as I am, when they've done my cholesterol screenings, they always tell me that my GOOD cholesterol is way higher than normal, and that that is a good thing. And that it's genetic. I always believed that Grandma lived as long as she did even eating the way that she did mostly because she worked off anything bad she might have ingested. She worked all day long at Pet Milk and then came home in the evenings and weekends and farmed her land. And this was back in the day when the tracotr did NOT have a/c or radios.

Well, just go comment on one of his posts, and you'll probably join the happy gang - I got one of those weird emails too! I did comment on a few of his posts, and so I guess he just went down the list and did his thing... he's a nut to be sure, but somewhat entertaining too....
