Re: Celebrate with me!

Fantastic achievement!! I start my children's college funds soon after their birth.

A fellow GEDer.

Congrats! I know (nearly) first hand just how tough a Phd is to get.

Re: Celebrate with me!

Congratulations T2W!

As a fellow GED'r I know how proud you are. My son is halfway there working on his Phd...hopefully in the medical field. In fact, in just a few hours we will be on our way to his first interview to a particular school of medicine that he worked so desperately hard in the university to prepare himself for. (not M.D.) He will have a B.S. Degree in Biochemistry when he graduates this May.

That is so the way to go! Good for you.

We were strapped raising five kids and never saved much. Fortunately the farm has done really well and we have been able to help but we would have lost a lot less sleep if we'd saved.
