I know what THAT is! That's chocolate eclair...right? Jeff makes that. It was one of the first things he made after we were married. Come to think of it, I think he has always been trying to fatten me up.

It says an Eclair Cake. I have company coming in for the weekend and have to have a dessert for Sunday, so I can make that the day before. I think people really like pudding for some reason.

Yea, looks like he isn't realizing that there are some things we cannot eat for the rest of our lives.
