The food that we buy in the stores is laced with many, many preservatives and chemicals that can alter the delicate chemical balance in our brains.
Take monosodium glutamate (MSG) for instance.
What is MSG?
MSG is a product produced from fruits vegetables, grains, fish, meat, poultry, and/or bacteria. When used in pharmaceuticals it is called a pharmaceutical. When used in food, it is called a food. Often, but not always, MSG is used in processed food as a flavor enhancer.
Simply stated, MSG is glutamic acid that has been manufactured in a food or chemical plant or created by fermentation. In every case, the glutamic acid that has been manufactured in food or chemical plants or created by fermentation is accompanied by unwanted byproducts of manufacture referred to as impurities. Unprocessed/unadulterated/unfermented protein in any meat, fish, fruit, grain, vegetable etc., contains glutamic acid but no impurities. Unprocessed/unadulterated/unfermented mushrooms and tomatoes contain glutamic acid, but they do not contain MSG.
KNOW THIS:
With one exception, aspartame and processed free glutamic acid (MSG) cause identical adverse reactions in people who are sensitive to them(2). In addition, the free glutamic acid found in MSG and the free aspartic acid found in aspartame both have been shown to kill brain cells and cause subsequent endocrine disorders in laboratory animals(4). (We don't do such experiments on humans.)

These are only two of the many substances that are in our food supply which can cause behavioral disruptions, brain tumors, obesity, diabetes etc.
Combine these two toxic substances with pesticides, heavy metals in vaccines and processed foods and you get all kinds of physical calamities.
We must remember that what we feed our bodies also feeds our brains and if our bodies are toxic from these substances, our brains are toxic too and can cause all sorts of behavioral problems AND physical problems such as MS and other neurological disorders.
