What tripe. "Love your neighbor" is 9/10ths of the Law, hello.
Your Christian brothers have befuddled you with all the useless
parsing yack about "works is not faith," et al.
They make a puzzle of a piece.

oh, oops--you get 2 answers tonight.

Quotes coming, but guys, do yourself a favor and read a Qur'an;
you have absolutely no excuse not to.
Either they are your enemies, and reading their Book
will bring them closer, or they are not your enemies,
and reading their Book will bring them more in focus.

You're currently slinging snipe in total ignorance, and it shows, baldly,
and it is ridiculous. These are a people oppressed in their own countries,
not Christians "oppressed" in an openly atheist country; you don't even
have any parallels for their suffering--yet.

Re: Repentance, Holiness, and the Church

1:4 Master of the day of Judgement.
2:4 And who believe in the Revelation sent to you,
and sent before your time, and in their hearts have
the assurance of the Hereafter.
2:8 Of the people there are some who say:
"We believe in Allah and the Last Day;"
but they do not really believe.

All on page 1.

Re: Repentance, Holiness, and the Church

3:45 Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah gives you glad tidings of a Word
from Him: His name will be Christ Jesus..."
3:50 "I have come to you, to attest the Law which was before Me.
And to make lawful to you part of what was before forbidden to you;
I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord.
So fear Allah, and obey Me."

I found these just by cracking the Book, I didn't even need the index.
There are many, many similar reflections.

You, them, and I have broken 10/10ths of the law. You want to tell me how your goodness or their goodness will save? Works are faith, but not salvation. I do good works because of my salvation. I'm evil to the core and so much so that the wrath of God will crush me for eternity. However Jesus was crushed in my place and His white robe of righteousness (righteousness that you can never do) was placed on me.

So go ahead and believe that the words of the Prophet Jesus are tripe. I will believe that the Prophet Jesus is God and His words are not tripe, but a light unto my path.

Yes, the Bible will tell you that we made scribes of Kenites;
we have a multiplicity of copies that highlights the errors,
so a bit more study is needed, but they have to pass
the exact same "test," and by your standards, I might add.
There are no secrets.

Yes, amen, I mostly agree. We have some minor semantics differences,
that I seriously doubt will mean squat to the surprised sheep
at "the Separation."

I happen to believe "be perfect" is achievable, and that christ is my High Priest, whom I am "joint heirs" with, and I pray to God, the One Christ told me to pray to. Let's forget the tripe thing, as you did not quote Christ there anyway, ok?

if the oppertunity allows me, i will ask what is the name of the muslim god?
i will also state that muslims are against christians

2:120: “Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you till you follow their religion. Say: "Verily, Islâmic Guidance is the only Guidance. And if you were to follow their desires after what you have received of Knowledge, then you would have against Allâh neither any protector nor helper.”

5:51: “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as friends, they are but friends to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as friends, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the wrong..doers.”

to be honest the Quran writers plagerized the bible and the torah around 600 A.d.

"God knows the heart."
Can you say that all Mormons are "lost?"
We can examine all the forms,
until we are blue in the face,
but God will judge by what is in one's heart,
I'm sure you agree.
