Can't sleep... girly subject warning...

Ugh! Menopause. Hot flashes, no rest... I had a house full of kids all day and am totally pooped... and wide awake... wonder how this is going to feel tomorrow morning at dark-thirty while milking cows... or worse yet... right after lunch at work tomorrow.

I don't have menopause, but I can totally identify w/ the wide awake thing right now. Too much on my mind. Sheesh! And have to get up insanely early tomorrow as well.

Have you tried that Sleepy Time tea? I think Celestial is the brand...I've tried that before and it has helped.

Have tried the sleepytyme and even had some... so I had some and fell asleep or I would have posted to tell you what a good idea it was... only if I'd been posting it wouldn't have been such a great idea

Yes bbyrd... I call it my pesky day job... takes me off farm 50 hours a week with travel... Oh what I could get done here if it were not so...

Houston, bite 'em back!

Glad it worked for ya! It hasn't worked every time for me so I have it at home, but it's not the most dependable for me. Nyquil...lol now that's another story...just a little tiny bit. lol Although, with how much was on my mind, it barely worked...just barely.
