Here's a down loadable hypertext copy of the book for free:

I have given many of these books away, may the truth of God's ultimate intentions continue to be revealed to the world!!! The Christian world needs this truth, where they will truly know the "Good News" and the gospel will "...cover the earth, as the waters cover the seas...."

May His healing and saving name be praised forevermore!!!!

Dr. Boyd Purcell's book, "Spiritual Terrorism" "From the womb to the tomb" is one of the most insightful and traditions of men busting books that I have read to date. With Universal Reconciliation as its center, he as a hospice chaplain, has ministered to folks facing death, that have been terrorized by the fear of hell, with hope and the really true "Good News".

The doctrine of eternal damnation in literal fire, is the most grotesque fraud and lie ever perpetuated on the human race. The cause of more insanity and mental illness than any other one thing.

Re: Friend is Unitarian Universalist:

Hmm, I'm curious how one might
reconcile this with the prevalent view,
without taking away from Scripture?
"Lake of fire" is pretty plain,
even in the original MSS, is it not?

Although I confess that I lean
this direction, due to the relevant
Scriptures, and have personally
reconciled this (for the moment)
with "Understand I AM," placing
all those Scriptural concepts that
most save for their eschatology
in the now...but it seems to come
down to "How does satan get to Heaven?"

I don't really care that much about what happens to satan, and the other fallen angels. They are the creation of God, He has the time and power to redeem them all, WILL HE? I don't know. He provided the lamb for the sins of the whole world, the savior of all men. All creatures will confess He is Lord, it is His creation, what do you think???

She believes in Jesus, and even that God was in Christ. She also denies the Trinity. However, she believes that the very God who was in Christ was also in Buddah, Krishna, Zoroaster, and others. She believes that just as Jesus spoke from His humanity, these men spoke from their humanity...thus many of their perspectives differ... but the God on the inside was the same. While trying to witness to her I brought up that Jesus said,
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Her answer to this was that the very same identity that speaks in Christ also spoke in Buddah and others. Therefore, Jesus, Buddah, Krishna, etc. are all that very same "me"... and the very same Father existed in each.

I'm thinking that all I can do is pray for her. She has a Charismatic background and claims she has received the Holy Ghost. She's not against being baptized in Jesus name, but she states that she doesn't see giving up her broader perspective.

How would you approach this?

Thanks!
Some good old-fashioned Deepak Chopra doctrine, though old as time itself.

Re: Friend is Unitarian Universalist:

You are only left to explain
"Every knee will bow,"
"A little leaven leavens the whole loaf,"
etc. Can't say you're wrong, exactly;
but experience tells me that you will
not prove that you are right.
Another premise-revealer, imo.

Re: Friend is Unitarian Universalist:

You evoke DC as if he recommended some short-cut, or something, when "love your neighbor" seems to be his entire message; do you condemn him for missing the other 10%? What?
