My elderly neighbor nearly died from that swine flu vaccine. He had some kind of reaction that all his blood platelet were disappearing. The doctor tied it in with the flu shot.
He managed to get over this crisis.

Were they worried about a possible lawsuit?

Yes, but they will say that flu shots are for the public "good".
I say that if the public gets flu shots, then they ought not be worried about getting the flu. They should be protected...right?
I wonder when abortions in America will become mandatory (after so many children) since flu shots are becoming mandatory?

Probably.
It's been my experience that many physicians will look for someone or something else to blame when their instincts smell trouble looming ahead for them.

Yes, when my daughter was a CNA, a particular facility had a history of staff infection. When my daughter had to be treated, they tried to say she wasn't washing her hands. Like that could have been true.

They mostly diverted the fact that the facility needed to be closed down and fumigated with chlorine to get rid of the MRSA by blaming one CNA for not washing hands is pretty poor...I agree.
That stuff doesn't go down the drain so easily, despite what they say.
One of my co-workers got MRSA staff on her leg. I know she washed her hands after working with every patient. In my line of work...well you just felt the need to do so without anybody having to tell you.
That stuff has been around for decades before it escaped the healthcare facilities into the general populace.
I was always very careful when I came home from work to go into the back door where my utility room is. I would take off my work uniform and put them in the washer or my special laundry basket and my shoes and jump right into the shower.
Despite all my efforts, my baby boy (at the time) still contracted RSV and had to be hospitalized.
Still, overall, the good Lord protected me from all sorts of contagious diseases that I had been exposed to before diagnoses were actually made. Tuberculosis patients would cough in my face while I was listening to their lungs before their tests would come back positive. Hepatitis patients. AIDS, and all manner of diseases people would only read about in books if they were curious.
I was pretty fearless of most illnesses and diseases, but out of them all, the one illness I feared the most was gas gangrene.

That is some nasty, lingering stuff! You are so right with this statement - "I know she washed her hands after working with every patient. In my line of work...well you just felt the need to do so without anybody having to tell you. "
I didn't post that, but I was sure you would get it. She contracted the Staff on her bohunkus. After she saw how long the gauze was when they packed the wound after they cleaned and treated her, she quit her job. LOL!

Re: Mandatory Flu Vaccine
Tell you how I would initially treat MRSA if I ever get it (myself only) in a PM to you.

We had and STD in one facility. OMW, that was tough, husband and wife in separate rooms. Not to mention head lice that an employee's child had brought to share.
