I have no idea. They seemed to completely ignore my letter until I wrote them a recent email and reminded them that I had not heard from them at all. Then, they reimbursed me. I think they were going to sit on the letter unless they heard from me a second time. I never mentioned the word lawyer and we had no discussion about it apart from my letter so I don't know any more than that. I think they just know it was wrong.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. Many in the medical profession hate to be questioned and feel like they are God. It's nice when you find an honest professional.

Some of them feel like they are God, I suppose. I think many just don't want to get sued.

I'm wondering why the flu is so bad this year now that the flu shot has become "mandatory" for so many people.

I've wondered that myself subdued.
The news media is saying people did not take the flu shot, but I'd wager that more took the shot this year than in the previous two years, simply because, as you say, it was made mandatory in many workplaces.

I have asked that very question. Seems questionable, doesn't it? Also when you read closely a lot of the articles say "flu-like illnesses" which can be any virus, not even the flu. I think they are just really trying to push the vaccine more and more and get more and more compliance. Question is why. That scares me.
