You can use oregano in your cooking, just add it at the very end. It really doesn't taste that bad to me. I drink it with my green tea, and love it.

Beats me why people would pay tons of money for a doctor's visit fee, and then pay for the Tamiflu when you could use something as simple as elderberry or Oil of Oregano, with few if any side effects.

That is North American Spice Co. They have good oregano oil.

from what i read about tamiflu it may only shorten your symptoms by a day, it didn't really seem like it would be much help.

Yeah. Most people do not know that our natural remedies, vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements will eventually be banned through Codex Alimentarius of the U.N. I was told Codex was in the CAFTA trade treaty Congress passed some years back. Just like guns, health freedom will be meddled with by our elected congressional critters.

So true. It only shortens and perhaps lessens the symptoms... if at all. The only ones who really benefit from it are the doctors and the drug companies.

My favorite saying these days is this "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"....
