God created the laws of physics, it just took us a long time to understand them. As for M-theory and the mind of God, let me quote Shakespeare, " There are more things in heaven and earth, dear Horatio, than are dreamed of in your philosophies."

I agree. But even many scientists do not understand and agree together about the laws of physics as God designed them.

Science is Biblical. It's only when some deviate from God's laws that make it conjecture.
