BT, They better put up someone really good that isn't a sorry pandering fool or I will push back just as hard. At least we are getting some Constitutional fights going on with Obama. At this time in our history, we need it.

I'm about to decide all of the politicians are a bunch of fools and need to be turned out to pasture so they call step in all of the stuff they have dumped on us. Sorry didn't mean to hijack!

So true! But, I am liking Ted Cruz and his boldness. Glad I voted for him. One of two Republicans.

When I was a child we drove through Canada quite a bit on our way to and from Alaska. I have a fond memory, probably in the early 70's, of being on a stretch of Canadian highway that had no speed limit.
We were feeling pretty cool whizzing along at about 75 mph when all of a sudden a little Ford Falcon with an old man driving and an old women passenger went flying by at what had to have been around 100 mph. They looked so funny sitting up straight as a board in their seats flying down that highway. I remember thinking that I didn't think a little Ford Falcon could even go that fast.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
