Re: My pastor's wife had broidered hair?
As far as I can see, the point that Wang is trying to make is that any kind of hairdo is the same as cutting your hair if you are a female. Even if he is correct in his assertion that do's and cutting are the same, and that disobeying either directive is wrong, why did his wife cut her hair? I mean, it is a serious enough issue to come on here and argue about and to make this big of a fuss over, then surely she has stopped trimming her hair and wears it down...right?

Re: My pastor's wife had broidered hair?
Seriously, the argument is, my pastor's wife was wrong, too, so my wife, while wrong, is no more wrong than she was...seems self-defeating. I don't plan on using other people's lives to determine whether I am average enough or not. Sounds very judgmental to me

If you wife is still cutting her hair she is in violation of the edict given in 1Cor.11.

Re: My pastor's wife had broidered hair?
Actually ATLAS: What Paul was saying was that it is better to cut your hair, or even shave your head, than have an UpDo.
The cutting of hair was a better alternative than the Broidered Uncovered hair-do of the Corinthan women.
