I really do. This is the brand that I buy, but when I am at Whole Foods, they brew it in the store and that is always great sipping that while shopping. I could live in that store. It's better than the mall any day.

I tried to make sauerkraut from Nourishing Traditions, but it was way too salty.
It was fun making the whey and cream cheese.

Yeah. This is the same brand I drink. My favorite is the green because green stuff helps to remove toxins.
Besides it just tastes good.
My health food consultant tells me just to drink 1/2 of the bottle, but I just slurp the whole thing down in one setting.

The Green is usually the first sold out. Since I bought my Vitamix, I don't worry about it - just throw in my Spinach or Kale.
My favorite right now is Trilogy!! My daughter got me hooked on that one. I think they fermented that one a little longer or something.
Buddha's Brew is really good, but it contains more sugar. I rarely buy this one, but I think it is the brand they brew on site at Whole Foods.

Yeah that Trilogy just relaxes the whole body. I can feel it course down my arms and legs a few minutes after I drink it.
Must be the ferment in it.

I LOVE sauerkraut. Had some the other day with a hot link.

I like to cut up a polish or spicy sausage ring into slices into the bottom of a rectangular baking pan. Then I put sauerkraut in top of it. Pepper it a little. Then I take bacon slices and lay it across the top of the sauerkraut and seal it with foil. Let it bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Then I take the foil off and broil the top long enough to crisp the bacon. The bacon gives the sauerkraut a good flavor...kind of takes the sour taste out. Then I garnish with green beans or lightly steamed veggies. My favorite is asparagus, but a medly of cauliflower, broccoli, carrots will do good too.
This is about the only time I eat sausage. I'm not big on pork. Hubby likes sauerkraut with pork chops when we eat it that way....and that is not often.
