Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Sorry Seekerman, but FlamingZ has nothing to do with anything UPC, at least not on his website. I doubt the UPC or UGST wants to use this text.

Major problem with what I am reading here. A doubting of the validity and authority of the scriptures produces a self-made Bible version. Look, it has been a while, and while I no longer consider myself "Apostolic", I believe that because the Spirit is being poured out upon the Oneness believers, they are His, such are all those whom God the Holy Spirit pours Himself out upon. That said, to deny the authority, authenticity, and validity of scripture is to deny the truth of scripture. The author of this new version has simply walked in the path of the Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses, making their own Bible. This is not a way of the true believer.
