You have a good point.
I don't see the HS as being tied to tongues exclusively. By Judas having been with Jesus he clearly accepted Him, but then sold him. I have held a certain opinion of Judas for a long time. I feel that his hanging himself was possibly his way of repenting. I think about times in my past I felt I betrayed God I felt like I could never make it right. That is until I found out what grace really is. I would have never taken my own life, but perhaps when Judas did that was his way of repenting. It's a little bit of a stretch, but I figure if others can make stretches out of the Bible so can I
