Forum Runner went thru some updates, upgrades, and serious migration to the Google Cloud platform. There was an interruption in all services for iOS and Android for a couple days, and it looks like they are all resolved and back up and running.

I've upgraded the server and forum with the latest Forum Runner upgrade, but there's still issues with it connecting. So I'm still working on getting it fixed. Hopefully we'll have some answers and help soon.

Houston,

Here are some tips I have gathered to try to fix the problem.
  • Have you tried clearing the app's cache?
  • Have you tried clearing your device's cache?
  • Have you tried uninstall/reinstall?
  • Have you powered down the device?

I get soooo irritated with men who don't bother to read what I've written. I told them I had done all of the above BEFORE bothering anyone with my problem. But this was the advice I received, so I'll pass it along.

None of the above has helped me with the connection, so I'm hoping it will help you.

Could you please try these tips and let me know if anything changes for you?

I just am at a loss.

Why can our iOS users see the forum, but not the Androids. And why can the Androids see other forums, but not ours?
