I don't know anyone who realized they were male or female. They just always knew.

I don't think that I said that opposite-sex attraction is a sin, sorry if that was implied. I was mainly arguing the whole, "they chose to like the same sex," thing, wherein I don't feel anyone chooses what type of sex that they're attracted too. And there's one thing with knowing that unlawful desires and feelings are wrong, where you'll push away any thoughts and desires that enter into your head, but it's quiet another when you're fantasizing and contemplating it.
The problem with this is, if you allow this train of thought how minimum is minimum? I mean would you be saying the same thing to a pedophile? To a rapist? To a murderer? That if they only fantasize about doing these deeds a little bit, that they're alright?

Re: What Did She Expect?
Is there someone here who has NEVER genuinely wanted to kill someone?
You can put your hand down now... you are a better person than me.

I agree with you here. We're probably both dancing around exact semantics while overall having the same opinion, perhaps minus small details.

Have I ever wanted to literally kill someone that I have personally known or someone that did something to me? I can't think of anyone, although I've wanted to beat the living tar out of someone more than once.
Now have I ever wanted to literally kill someone period? Well, I do admit having fantasied about putting some lead into the mother of the Boston bombers after having heard her latest rants. But that would be wrong! Wouldn't it?

Re: What Did She Expect?
I remember when I heard that the the cute little blonde boy across the street, who always played outside alone even though he couldn't have been more than three, had been taken away by CPS. The removal was because while his mother was at work her boyfriend spiral fractured both the little guy's arms (a spiral fracture is from twisting until bones break). When they took him to the hospital he had all kinds of old healed fractures that went back to infancy including a divot in his skull. It's a good thing they took the guy to jail because I'm not sure... I believe I would have enjoyed more than beating the tar out of him... and I had some time to think on it... and it still seemed like a reasonable idea.
Lot of repentance over that one.

Re: What Did She Expect?
I would kinda like to torture and kill this Kermit the Killer abortion doctor. Slowly. Deliberately. Methodically. Make him feel terror every moment of it. And remind him that he is still getting off easy considering what he did to those babies. If I were God I would be tempted to create whole new ways of pain and torture reserved just for men like him who murdered the unborn (and in Kermit's case...newborns).
I imagine this isn't a healthy way of feeling, but I have a 4 month old boy and I get pretty protective about babies.

I agree. Dennis Miller also had a great idea about what to do with the surviving 19 year old Boston bomber. Give him the death penalty by putting him in a reinforced jail cell and having one of the walls randomly blow up with enough force to kill him at some random point between now and ten or twenty years from now. Seems fitting to me.

Re: What Did She Expect?
I have never fantasized about killing someone. However, I remember when I was a teen having a strong desire to sneak into the bedroom of a girl who was tormenting me and snipping off a hunk of hair at her roots! LOL!
