I reiterate my first comment (without the lisp)...

RETARDED!

People really need less free time... Maybe we should take away a few modern conveniences... like washers and dryers... I think a good day over a rub board and a galvanized tub of boiling wash water with a bar of lye soap and all the linens in the house would make people tired enough to not even be able to contemplate the merits/demerits or pole dancing for any gender, gender preference, etc. This is just too stupid for live humans to give time... really... what a freak show.

On a related note...

My wife took two of my daughters to a local 'youth service'. I believe it was a UPC church, tho may be an independent church, not sure. Oneness Pentecostal, though. They invited a young man (who had previously made it clear to us he was 'Wiccan', or something...) to go with.

So they arrived, and my oldest daughter left and sat in the truck after the first ten minutes or so. My youngest daughter prayed for some understanding and flipped her bible open to some place in Jeremiah where he was told 'do not pray for them, ...etc', and then she randomly found where Jesus was saying 'you have made my temple into a den of thieves' etc. So she told Momma 'time for us to go' and they left. The neighbor they took with them agreed - he said 'that is NOT what church is supposed to be about.'

What was the hubbub for this Friday night youth service at a Onenese Pentecostal church?

Well, they had strobe lights (multi coloured), and LOUD, V E R Y L O U D hardcore techno/club music pounding, everyone was dressed 'to kill' (including what my teenage daughters call 'stripper heels', you know, gaudy looking spike heels, spikes up to 6 - 8 inches tall...), EXTREMELY 'clubby' clothes... etc.

Yeah, welcome to Canaan-land, folks.
