Somehow, because they will all will have mud on their faces, I don't really believe they didn't get to the jury in some way.

Two cops questioned Tracey. Was one of them Serino? Because, I thought they had it recorded what Tracey's answer was.

Yes, the last wit was in the room, but Serino was the one to ask Tracey the question. I believe Pros is trying to get the Judge to limit or deny Def from asking Serino that question.
