THEY my friends are the ones who his admonition is meant for. He was not trying to say that obedient saints who were actually keeping the Lords word were deceived for doing what he himself had told them to do.

It was simply showing that we are to confess if indeed we have sinned instead of trying to cover our sins. That would only lead to deception.

When one confesses their sin and turns back to walking in the Spirit, they experience joy and peace. The inner man (the spirit), the soul (their mind), and the deeds of their body are back in alignment.

That is why many people are weak and sickly in the body, because they are hiding unconfessed sin, or continuing in sin, both of which are destructive to our relationship with Christ. It grieves the spirit of God if this happens, and if repentance is not sought, the spirit of the Lord may depart.

This is a serious thing, and one reason why the original point of my thread was to bring this to discussion.

I believe we can walk as overcomers, however, we must always be vigilant to search our hearts with the light of the word of God, and the spirit of God to make sure there is no disobedience that we have hidden away in our hearts, which may be hindering our relationship with Him. Confession of our sins to the Lord is the first step in restoring a beautiful relationship with Him.

While it should be obvious that there is no sin in Heaven, the post meant to get into our free will there; does 'no sin' mean that our free will is curtailed? Once one is glorified, the sinful nature of the flesh is eradicated and the carnal nature of the mind is cleansed. Thus the inclination, desire, and propensity to sin isn't present. Sinning will be like being a fish trying to walk onto dry land... it will be alien your very nature.

Where that arg seems to fall down is at Adam and Eve (no sin nature), and/or the Nephilim? Although i agree with you, but.
