What was I ever thinking by appealing directly to the Bible on AFF ?

What you are not seeing is that you put yourself above everyone else here by declaring your interpretation of the Bible to be the only way to interpret it and that you are therefore, the mouthpiece of God to us. If you have no qualms about putting yourself in that position, more power to you. I hope you are right for your sake or things might not be so pretty for you later on.

I am doing a powerpoint Bible study for the young people for Sunday night. The theme of their specail service is It wll be worth it...
The Bible leason will began with the story of LaVern Collins and the story of the United Pentecostal Church of Liberia...

I think even when we disagree we can be kind and nice. I do not agree with Elder Epley but he has never insulted me or acted as if I had some kind of problem...in fact he invited us to his campmeeting and said he would pay the hotel. I have no problem with people that we may not see eye to eye but we can be kind and respectful.

Sherri Cupples is one of my sweetest friends...we agree to see some things different...Margie is "my twin sister" (our name for each other...) She and her sweet husband came to here us when we were in their area and took us out to eat.

Randy came to here my son and I in Az. He is a great guy and so sweet and kind.

Many others I have met...Renda, Mrs. Brattified, Liz, Coonskinner, CCI...and on and on... We are all different in one way or another...but we can be kind...Kindness is one of God's laws....along with respect.

I know who his circle of friends are...It is fine with me whatever they believe...Jonathan Alvear my nephew does not believe in women preachers either but is very kind to me when I go to his church...No one will ever have to worry about me trying to take over...lol...my whole life has been centered around helping churches get started...not taking over....

Nice try Sis., but I've repeatedly been respectful to you in affirming how much I respect your outreach sacrifices, prayer-life, love for souls, etc. In fact, on numerous occasions I've given of my personal finances to your work. In fact, I even sat where you were speaking once out of respect for that pastor (neither of us knew you were speaking that night).


I have explained most all of this to you before - so you should already know this. I even told you it's "nothing personal," yet now, it is you who has taken it upon yourself to attack my character (which I really could care less - this is AFF after all ).


I have been very disappointed by your repeated copy-pastes of outright misinformation-error - & you've been shown this over & over. As one preacher told me today on the phone (who has been reading this) - "If she cannot concede that she's made some mistakes in her posts then she's not being honest."


So, suffice it to say that while I respect you personally, neither do I "care for your style" either .

Another question I have rdp in respect to a woman witnessing to a man. How is sharing scripture that would save a man's soul usurping authority over that man?
