If you pay attention to what Fox (Faux) news, who supports the GOP Establishment, is saying, they are excluding both Cruz and Rand Paul as viable candidates. We did see how they framed the narrative to push everyone out of the way for Mitt, forming almost every question to include Mitt. That gave the impression there were no other choices. Blatantly dishonest of them.
Cruz is, thus far, very honest and principled. He is brilliant and focused. I think that if support for him would grow, he could reach out to Independents and win. The Independents, today, outnumber either party and can be counted on to turn an election on it's head. They will vote for whoever they feel is the most honest and principled. Enter Ted Cruz.
Biden has recently stated that the Democratic Party could lose to Ted Cruz. And I could see him eviscerate Hillary in any debate. I think she would be very afraid to go up against him.
I LOVED how he looked at Trayvon Martin's mother in the face, at the hearing on the issue of Stand Your Ground, and told her how sorry everyone was for the loss of her son but that this case had nothing to do with Stand Your Ground. He is brilliant and you can't argue with that. I can see him "stand his ground" with Hillary any day.
