Re: Filled With the Spirit (Saturation) Prayer:

Who am I? I am nothing. I am but a vapor lost in the wind. Yet there is Christ before me. Christ behind me. Christ above me. Christ below me. Is there anyone here but Christ???

No. He is the All in All.

Speak to me oh Lord and fill me with your Word. Your Word is life. Your Word is You. For are the very Word you have uttered. You are my very life.

Re: Filled With the Spirit (Saturation) Prayer:

I am flesh. You are Spirit. I am dead. You are life. Fill me. Give me life. Your life. Live in me. Live through me. Live out your reflection in me. Conform me to your image and likeness. Eradicate my self and fill me with your Self. Crucify this flesh with it's carnal mind... and manifest in me your mind, the very mind of Christ.

Saturate me. Allow me to spiritually soak in the glory of your Shekinah.

Re: Filled With the Spirit (Saturation) Prayer:

Allow me to approach you through grace. Undeserving.

Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
let me hide myself in thee;
let the water and the blood,
from thy wounded side which flowed,
be of sin the double cure;
save from wrath and make me pure.

2. Not the labors of my hands
can fulfill thy law's commands;
could my zeal no respite know,
could my tears forever flow,
all for sin could not atone;
thou must save, and thou alone.

3. Nothing in my hand I bring,
simply to the cross I cling;
naked, come to thee for dress;
helpless, look to thee for grace;
foul, I to the fountain fly;
wash me, Savior, or I die.

4. While I draw this fleeting breath,
when mine eyes shall close in death,
when I soar to worlds unknown,
see thee on thy judgment throne,
Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
let me hide myself in thee.

Amen. Beautiful words.

Re: Filled With the Spirit (Saturation) Prayer:

I have learned that in saturation prayer one might find the leading of the Spirit as it relates to many issues and personal matters. Direct communion and leading from God in one's life can be very refreshing.
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8:4
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:6
Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Galatians 5:25
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
