Yes and the government he set up over this land is the Constitution. Certain evil men are in defiance of the government God set up for the USA and they must be smacked down.

Yes why have laws at all? Why restrain the government with the chains of the Constitution, right? That would be "legislating morality". Open the prisons while we are at it and let all the law breakers go.
