I don't listen to work out music when I am working out because it distracts me and when I have tried, my head phones got too sweaty.

Us fat guys sweat very easily.

Hardcore dubstep (underground stuff, not poppy club garbage).

Used to use Judas Priest, Rob Zombie, Cryptic Slaughter, Pennywise, Dropkick Murphys, Agnostic Front, etc.
