God became human, through Mary and so yes in some sense of the words Mary was the mother of God
If you mean that God did not personally exist before He was born as a human through Mary but first came into existence when He was, no she is not the Mother of God
The problem is you don't define what you mean by terms. Is Flesh a reference to being human or a reference to skin?
By "God" did you mean "Divine nature" or did you mean God in Person?
God in Person has no beginning and so has no mother as far a having a progenitor
However she did serve as the Mother of the Son by carrying Him through in her womb till birth, weening and nurturing Him

Anyone that believes Jesus is God by necessity must believe that Mary is the mother of God in some way.
Anyone that believes Jesus is God by necessity must believe that God died in some way.
When God became a man he did not cease to be God. Thus anything that can be said of that man can be said of the "WHO" that became man.

Only the flesh of God died, not God Himself.

Right. It all comes down to "in some way".
the problem is people use terms that are not defined. Doe she mean flesh as in skin or does he mean Flesh as a euphemistic term for human?
Does he mean Mother of God in the sense that she gave birth to a god that never existed before or does he mean mother of God in the sense she provided the physical DNA for His humanity, carried Him as a man in her womb and then raised the child?

In some way, the fleshly mind can conceive Mary as the mother of God. Only then could a man even be led to believe in the worship of Mary.
Mary did not give birth to God: she gave birth to "...the man Christ Jesus...". The only way that a man can say that the flesh is God, is because the Word (God) dwelt in the body. The Church is beginning to sound like those who believe in three persons in the Godhead!
Now this: if the flesh is God, then Jesus rose from the dead of his own power. However, Jesus declared, "...I lay down my life , that I may take it again. No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father."

You and Jfrog are on two different pages. He isn't advocating worship of Mary. Nor is he advocating flesh is God. Nobody is. This proves you don't really understand what we are saying even after having explained it to you.
