Those were my thoughts when I first read this thread.
There are those who have been saying that the Constitution is a "living" document: which
means subject to change and modifications. Like torture, killing U.S. civilians, imprisonment
for ANY reason, etc.
Some will say, "We already have that!" No, we don't. Because the present Constitution is still active,
many things that present and previous administration have done are ILLEGAL! What a new
Constitution would do is make that which is currently illegal, LEGAL!
