September 24th, 2015 - End of the World (Again)

Some Pastor on FB asked his friends and followers if they had been seeing the number "444" lately. He posted that God has been waking him up at 4:44am every morning.

Several people claimed to see 444 in other ways, 4:44 PM and various bible passages of 4:44 or 44:4.

It's ridiculous.

The end of the world is an instantaneous end Mike, it has no starting point.

There are the last days that we are now in, preceding the end of the world, though.....

Acts 2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

Hebrews 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

How can the last days PRECEDE the end of the world NOW, if Jesus died in the end of the world according to Hebrews 9:26?????????????????????

Beloved, is that the context of Hb. 9:26?

Does it not, rather, pertain to the fulfillment of our redemption? Surely there is
nothing else that must be fulfilled BY THE LORD. Everything else must be fulfilled
by the believer; that is, "...present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto
God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be
ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good,
and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

If the Lord has already redeemed us and "...judged sin in the flesh...", what else
remains except that He come for those who are READY?

"Even so, come, Lord Jesus."

I cannot follow what you are saying.

Anyway, Heb in that verse stated Jesus was crucified in what the bible termed the end of the world. It was AION... age. End of the old age.
