The people who are being targeted by drones are not pure white-robed saints.
They are vicious blood thirsty terrorists vent on the destruction of Civilization.

They are the ones who target non-combat civilians.

When I was in the military, it was expected that I could shoot at the enemy and the enemy could shoot at me.
We military folks do not go around shooting at civilians, unlike the terrorists.

if only. 90% of drone victims are civilians. Plus or minus, but why quibble?
