Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
Tell me what question should be posed to them to see what their intentions are.
Will you babysit for me?

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
You are called to do the same with me, though, and you have not.
we are not neighbors, trying to be good neighbors, in this context, however; we are family, two brothers trying to better understand the Father.

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
But the issue is that the singlemost thing that people can deny that John explained makes a person antichrist is the thing they repeat over and over again.
funny, i have lived under Sharia for half of my life, and the subject has never once come up. Why seek where you disagree? Could you not even find something to dispute about with your mate, if you so desired? Do you really think that is a good idea? What do you hope to accomplish? Has it ever worked? Do you understand the definition of insanity?

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
There is no need to dispute it. As I said a child can understand it. Don't make it so complicated.
How am i complicating it? I simply observed that the Bible calls the Nephilim the sons of God, too. There is no dispute. And a child's understanding is not applicable here, btw. So if you will, listen to your insistence here. "Son of God means this, and that is what it must mean, because i said so. Everyone else is twisting."

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
I already said I do not use the term lost when pointing at Christians. I leave that to God and continue to preach what I see in the word for salvation.
What will you do when you are accused of being the one blocking the door?

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
Just as I cannot know if people, truly in their hearts, repented to the Lord when they say they did, neither can you judge me as judgmental (oh the irony) simply because I said muslims are lost. You cannot read hearts.
But you reveal what is in your heart in the second case, Mike. I am about finished for the day here, i guess, if we are to this point.

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
But really, you are not meaning it when you say perhaps. To you, you are convinced and that's where you act godlike.
hmm, "perhaps you realize it, and perhaps you don't" seems pretty self-evident to me. I guess i will take this one away to meditate on.

I wish you could see how closed you are to this. It;'s not use talking about this issue. You are mind-made-up. Anyway. read my witness of commentary about law and grace in the other thread.

You are complicating a simple point. When you read DENIAL OF SON, you hairsplit it asking what SON means? What does DENY mean?
Please!
If they say God has no Son then they are denying the Son. Simple. Don't complicate it.

Mohammed thought it best to ensure it is repeated in the Q'uran.
Why seek where we disagree? I'm making a point to you. And yes, it appears insanity to keep talking to you because your mind is made up that a statement saying Muslims are lost can in no way be understood to have nothing to do with self exaltation. Wow, the more I think of it it is really funny how you're stuck on that and see no possible variance.

What?! You believe you do not have to give me the benefit of the doubt because we are to love God and our neighbour, and I am not God or your neighbour? Had Jesus also included the need to love your brotherm you would not be denying me the benefit of the doubt?

Re: Does Islam Inspire Terrorism?
Oh how you look at everything so pessimistically.
a note about this, if you will. It is the cousin of "twisting," imo. Aegism(?) kind of accused me of this yesterday, when i had no such intention; not saying i never do, but it is easy to read too much into a post that is not meant, i think. This is a poor means of communication for me, especially, as i range all over the place conversationally, voicing examples, etc., and i guess this is a bad idea. I have tried to moderate it here, but i notice most people here have the completely wrong impression about my feelings for America, for example. I make a remark about the .01% that is taken for the whole, etc. Surely my fault, but i ask that you take me more at face value, except when i don't mean it that way, which is frequent and i will try to do the same for you.
Iow it is easy to read something someone didn't mean, and harder to read what they meant, sometimes. And sometimes we even do it gratuitously, a little on purpose to make our point. So i try not to be offended, and i don't mean to offend. ok, bye.

Sure! If you do the same and try to realize saying all muslims are lost is not something that is said solely because a person feels superior and is lacking humility. My goodness, Shazeep, lost souls need Jesus and we don't say those things to gloat, but to wake up and try to reach them.
But to say you are a hypocrite and we are all lost and in the dark, is so contrary to the word of God and what It says about following Christ. You either never saw the genuine message, or you did and were so offended you dropped the ball. I suggest it's the former.
