And this is the thing, I totally agree with Steve Deace - "Burning it down used to sound so good. Now that the pyre has been lit, though, the flames that we stare into is merely those of self-immolation."

Who are "these people"?
Are you referring to Trump supporters?
Or those who come to Trump rallies to protest Trump?
Can you give me a link where Trump states what you say?
The one I remember is where he said something about people throwing tomatoes.
Ahhh Steve Deace, the same guy that threatened to castrate himself and used a quite vulgar term in reference to Carly...
Now, as I have stated before, I support Cruz. However my support is realistic and not through Cruz colored glasses.
Blaming Trump for people coming to his rallies and attempting to disrupt them is crazy.
And blaming some of his supporters for their reactions to those disrupters is crazy.

I missed this one! Incredible.
"""I got a little notice from security guys," Trump said at the afternoon rally in Cedar Rapids. "They said, Mr. Trump, there may be somebody with tomatoes in the audience." The billionaire real estate mogul then instructed attendees on what to do if they noticed anyone about to toss the produce.
"If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the ........ out of them, would you? Just knock the hell-.." Trump said, before offering to pay to defend them in the court system.
"I will pay any legal fees. I promise, I promise," Trump said"""
https://youtu.be/p5s9kpPZBbg
Here's time I remember of Trump saying he'll pay legal fees:
"""Mr. Trump has regularly said at his rallies that his supporters should actively silence protesters, and he has promised to pay their legal fees if they become too aggressive. Asked if he planned to keep that promise for Mr. McGraw, Mr. Trump said that he did.
"I've actually instructed my people to look into it, yes," Mr. Trump said."""

The Party does not like Cruz just as much mabey more then Trump,so when Cruz goes to the Convention both will be dumped so get ready,Im a Trump person but can still see the writing on the wall for both of them so sorry Cruzers your votes want count either..Jeb and Lindsey Graham and the others that have backed Cruz will dump him at the Convention. Trump could go in with 1237 and they will still find a way to take it from him..Cruz want even be close

Yeah, that's why the GOP establishment ruling class of neocon nitwits are embracing Cruz and dumping money into his campaign and using the full weight of the party for his benefit (as in Wisconsin).
Cruz is their man to force a brokered convention so they can put one of their own in as nominee. And it might even be Cruz?! Who knows? Who cares? They are all slimey politicians who put on a show but in reality are destroying America.

You might want to look at John Kasich as the reason we will go to a Contested Convention. If he was out, having only WON ONE state, this thing would be wrapping up nicely.
And because of Gov. Scott Walker's statement, I don't see the Establishment using Ted Cruz. They came to him because they can't win against him now.
"The bottom line is I am a hundred percent behind Ted Cruz, I didn’t come out against anybody I came out with Ted. I put the whole power of my endorsement, my organization, all my supporters behind making a very clear case that Ted Cruz wasn’t a default choice for me he was the choice for me. I’m going to support him not only here in the primary, I’m going to support him all the way through the convention." - Gov. Scott Walker

Kasich is another phony neocon who's job is to force a brokered convention.

Which means they like him more than they like Trump. Which tells us all something...
