Having a great time at Texas Campmeeting

Someone mentioned on another forum that PM acted like a General Superintendent (or something like that). It's honestly not something I haven't thought of already.

I preached for him earlier in the year and will again in December. I also shared 2 or 3 pulpits with him last year in meetings and can tell you the more I hear him preach and the more I'm with him... the more I think he may do great as the next GS.

I does appear to me that, more than most others, he's willing to be vocal about doctrine, about issues and about the importance of this message. I find that more and more rare these days.

And refreshing.

Paul Mooney is a great man and would probably take a role of real leadership. And he could do it without alienating either extreme making him a united instead of dividing their organization further..

I don't doubt he's a great man.

I know he's against the use of television for any reason.

For that reason, his being a GS is scary.

This is sooo true...only one TEXAS Dist....then there is Texaco.......Isnt that a gas station.....and of coarse who could forget our dearly departed brothers......STD......

I am thankful for a long line of GS's who have backbone....I hope our next one does and I will be in favor of one who takes a stand AGAINST Hollywood......if for no other reason....he would have my vote......
