You showed up. You gave your opinion.
So just admit you cannot answer my question, and move on. But if you can, sister asked us not to debate here.

She's not lost. What are you talking about?

i'm not sure how one would debate "how many times," or what the point of that is, so could you expound upon your intention there as regards the millenium? I think you are making a good point there, even if i am somewhat surprised to hear an OP saying it.

Mike I showed up in the thread to respond to Sister Alvears question. I answered according to the topic in post 5 like this.
Quote:
The 1000 year reign is the renewal of planet Earth.
Romans 8:18-23
18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
|
You came and challenged the idea of a 1000 year reign PERIOD doing exactly what the Sister asked NOT to be done.

Re: millennium ...where?
you could avoid an eschatology debate by just taking Mike's answer to mean "on earth," despite his tortured response.

She's not a catholic. Did you think the sister in sister alvear makes her a catholic, like a nun ?
And by the way I gave clarification to that, but you ignore it.

And I said let's deal with it, but elsewhere. And yet here we still are. And I just responded to your note about opinions, not eschatology. You made it eschatology when you quoted Rev 20. Again, why don't you deal with it in another thread?
