How can the millennium be in heaven? Rev 20 speaks of events on earth.

it strikes me that the same passage could be used to argue against the millenium being now, unless nations are not being deceived right now though.

It's a matter of what he deception is specifically said to be about. The context details it later on down, limiting it to that issue.
But Sis Alvear did not want that debated here.
