Ha ha It's a secular degree and I'm not going there to make friends (though I won't reject friendship either).
But on another note...this step I'm taking is very complicated.
Since 2010 I have been living on 5 acres that I co-own with my two sisters. The mobile home is actually in my youngest sister's name, but she has always viewed it as being part of the overall property in the event we sell. Well, now my sisters are wanting to sell, as am I. The problem lies with the mobile home. It is a 1980 and out of code in many areas. Thus there are no banks who will allow potential buyers to finance the purchase of this place and that rich person with cash has not shown up. Plus none of us want to sink the 8 grand it would take to get it up to code. So now my sister has decided sell the mobile home to someone who will move it. A gentleman has already given a deposit to a moving company and is anxious to take it off our hands. This will free the land up to be financed for a buyer. But now, of course I must find a place to live. My goal is to actually move to the Waxahachie, Texas area where SAGU is. It will be a while before I can buy a house and if I have to rent I'd rather do it there in order to begin building relationships with people who might assist me in finding good work once I graduate. Thus this land needs to sell quickly because , the truth is, I cannot afford to pay rent, either. The money from the land sale would give us an extra cushion so I can get through school. It's a complicated mess but I know God will not fail.
