Re: ISIS And Franklin Graham

Here is a lie stated about my perspective.

Quote:
yet you get flustered when you have quoted some Paul at me, and i quote Christ on the same subject. Doesn't that tell you anything?
I do not get flustered at people quoting anything from any writing in the bible. The problem was not quoting scripture, but quoting scripture and then not being willing to discuss the context using the verses surrounding that verse of scripture. For example, shazeep quoted John saying he who does righteousness is righteous. I kept asking if he thought that meant doing righteousness is the CAUSE of becoming righteous, since that is most assuredly the case, and he would not answer.

And in the case of Paul and Christ, the issue again is that Christ is taken out of context with everything else he said along with what Paul said. I explained deeply that Paul's words were Christ in me doing the teaching.

So that accusation was simply a, really.... well. A lie.

Re: ISIS And Franklin Graham

Another lie:

Quote:
. And where does it end? Isn't it essentially @ "everyone who disagrees with me and my interpretation?"
I have said a million times... almost... that it is not about who disagrees with me is lost, but who disagrees with the Bible's teachings. My interpretation is irrelevant. It's what God intended us to understand. And yet I obviously believe my interpretation is correct or I would not stake my soul on it. But when we talk about interpretations, shazeep runs and hides and jumps out to make potshots of generalities like, "And where does it end? Isn't it essentially @ "everyone who disagrees with me and my interpretation?"" But to pin him down on the actually interpretations in question, he refuses to talk.

Re: ISIS And Franklin Graham

Third lie:

Quote:
If your complaint against me is that i am putting too much emphasis on kindness and not enough on the law you have embraced?
LAW is a set of legal requires one obeys in order to save oneself, apart from the salvation provided by the cross. So it is a lie saying my belief that faith in the cross where Christ's death stands as ours, as the only means to salvation is a "LAW".

Fourth lie:

Quote:
i hope you understand that it is impossible to engage with you because you are apparently incapable of being honest, and evasion is as close as you seem to ever come to any admission
I am honest in relating my beliefs and dealing with issues. It's a lie that I am not. This man is a false accuser if we ever saw one.

Re: ISIS And Franklin Graham

do you guys have a comment on these doctrinal comparisons, or do you just wanna talk about imams or something, maybe how you are the victims or whatever too? Because if you have been following along, you know that there are no lies, so look at what you are doing.

Just leveling the issue that imams sin as well as christians, so the obvious bias is removed. none excuse the other. But we already said that. Seems we have to repeat what we already said.

There is a shell station just directly east of the city. The co-op you refer to must be the one at the west end. I will confirm if there are more. That's great you'll be passing through. What time will you be by? There is another co-op off the bypass around town. You take the Southport exit and go north. It's just a short distance north on the same road you exit onto. Not sure if it fills big vehicles though. That co-op you mentioned is likely the one to use unless the shell handles it. I think it does.
